AFD receives weekly updates from Royal Mail's Postcode Address File (PAF). This ensures you always have access to the most current UK address data, including new builds, business parks, and recent postcode changes.

Yes! AFD supports international address lookup for over 240 countries. Simply select the country from the dropdown, then enter the address details. Note that international lookup may require an additional subscription - check your AFD plan details.

Lookup limits depend on your AFD subscription tier. Most plans include a monthly allowance of lookups. If you exceed your limit, you may be charged per-lookup or have service temporarily restricted. Contact AFD or Integral Technology for plan upgrade options.

If AFD servers are unavailable, you'll see a connection error message. You can still enter addresses manually. The integration will automatically retry when service is restored. AFD has a 99.9% uptime SLA, so outages are rare.

Yes, there's no limit on concurrent users. All Business Central users with appropriate permissions can use AFD simultaneously. The API handles multiple requests efficiently, though very high volumes may impact response times.
